Need help with a ulx command

The freeman:
So i made a ulx command for my server it actually just executes a bunch of console commands on your server it all seemed fine but when i pasted it in my addons/ulx/lua/modules/sh folder but it didnt show up please i need help with it fast

btw i got this error when starting the server aftet that it just not shows up again and there is no ulx command present
