How to add custom ULX commands?

As what i mean by this is how do i add ULX commands to a zombie survival server like these commands i even used Gmad to extract them and put them into my files,
Does anyone have any info on how to do this?

Off topic question: Why do you write everything in italics?

Look at this tutorial for information on how to add Workshop addons to a dedicated server. I'm not sure if it is possible to add additions to ULX via the workshop, but if it is then that tutorial is how you want to do it.

No more need of help I got it fixed I had to extract them into ULX
