Can't set door permissions or jail postions

I am just finishing up my server and whenever I try to set a jail postion it says I need to be Chief or Admin, and when I try to make a door PD only it tells I don't have the right privileges even though I am superadmin.

Any help?  :(

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
Command doesn't work

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: DarkRP

Door/jail is unrelated to ULX. Do you even have ULX installed?

Nice job telling someone NOT to use ULX on ULX's forums.

ULX works just fine on DarkRP, it just causes problems when FAdmin (tbh, a really lousy Admin Mod imo) and ULX are both enabled at the same time.
