k i just had to reinstall me server and i got the new version of both stuff but i can make me admin

i coyed my users file before i deleted my old server and tried using that but nothing >:(

im super sad

   can some one help me out
the mod works i see it in my server but i cant use it
and if it is as simple as reading something please don't hesitate on calling me stupid but please tell me were i can find it
