Superadmin acces stuffed up?

ok, so I got my dedicated server working fine and all until I added a owner group, yes a cringe as it is I removed it and stayed as a superadmin with one problem I decided to remove all groups and redo them but upon doing so superadmins don't have access to clean-up commands for my darkrp server and not only that I cant see those commands as before when you go tab>playername>
and only has "set access" and "msg" when I click on set acces and name the group superadmin and inherit superadmin it also says no access
I then tried googling everything and even looking through the forums here and yet it bares no fruit...
I did find the ulx command for the console which is ulx addgroup superadmin, but it only comes out to be inherited by user rank
deleted ulib and ulx and reinstalled It then re-added my self to superadmin group but I still don't have access to those commands but I can manage groups and all that so can any help me at all?

You'll probably want to perform a factory reset seeing as you were planning on redoing things anyway;. See the FAQ for help on doing so.

Are you sure you're deleting the correct folders? You should be deleting:
<server directory>/data/ulx
<server directory>/data/ulib

Just have to make sure, sorry if you've done that already. If you've done this and it's not working, you may want to fully reinstall ULX/ULib. Which means completely deleting them (data, addons, etc), and reinstalling them.
You shouldn't have to reset everything about your server. Unless there's a conflict somewhere (which doesn't seem likely right now), there's no need.

You likely still have Fadmin enabled, an admin system that comes with DarkRP.
If you have truly reset all ULib and ULX data files and access, then added yourself back to superadmin as described in many of our FAQs, then Fadmin likely has you locked in some way, which, isn't a ULX issue.
