Is the UPS addon broken for current Gmod?

I'm running UPS on my Sandbox server right now, and I can't seem to get it to work properly. It identifies props fine, deletes and cleans them up, but it never stops players from interacting with each other's stuff. I have enabled all the protection slots. My players are in ULX groups if that makes a difference.

I'm running ULib v2.60d and ULX v3.70d

Any help would be appreciated. I'm afraid I'm might be overlooking something.

Honestly, I've no clue.
That archive zip from the first post is many years old
Make sure you're running latest code we have from github.

Without more detail of your groups and hierarchy and can_target, your issue sounds like a inheritance issue.

Thanks for the github link. Somehow I couldn't find it.

I'll update my version and double check my hierarchy before I get back to you.

I haven't tested UPS in quite a while, so it's entirely possible it's broken. I'll hopefully get a chance to look at it in the next few days.

Really appreciate it Megiddo. I recently updated things and redid my group hierarchy. For the most part, everything seems to be working, at least everything I want out of it. You wrote a really nice addon. So thanks for that.
