Superadmin has no commands

For some reason my superadmin has NO comamnds at all. But my admin does? I'm having trouble with this.

Check inheritance, you may have reversed the default by accident. It should be superadmin inherits from admin. If that doesn't work, back up your ULX and then re-install it.
