Fmotd with a Time Limit

"take the force motd command and give it a time limit to how long it will be up, and if the user closes it before time is up reopen it. "

I was going around and asking for suggestions and someone gave me this.
I haven't Messed with time at all and im pretty sure this is possible but I need some help with it as a I am still learning
can someone teach me how to do this

Please search the developers corner area for words such as "time button motd" or "time motd".
This has been discussed before.
Various ways - best solution would be to use a timer to not present a close button until the time expired, and I think that's what was discussed.
