Custom Chat Commands and Colors for names

Okay so this isn't making any sense there is a topic similar to this but it's not what I need.

I need a command !forum to open my forums page in steam overlay and a !donate I seen one that opens the MOTD and then on my Deathrun server there are preset colors for owner vip and member and the owner doesnt remember how they were set.

You want to review the list of addons from our Releases section of our forums.
I know for sure your web page addon exists.
As for chat colors, I'm pretty sure they are in there.
That being said, chat colors often don't work well with non-Sandbox gamemode. Team colors usually break/conflict.
