Hi. Welcome to Ulysses forums.
Welcome to Gmod server hosting.
You're going to need to learn much while hosting your own server, especially while here.
You install this addon like any other (what's now called) legacy addon.

Majority of the addon releases here at our forums don't offer workshop subscriptions.
Learn how to install manually - some (most?) of the better addons will require you know how to drop a folder into addons, and read the text files included with most for how to setup.

When people try and use a link command the pop-up in-game doesn't show up. Could you add the option to do both in-game and Steam Browser?
