Hi I have a problem with ULX Can target I would have that Moderator can touch User and Junior admin can touch Moderator and user and just keep up with all the other groups. What I do is that to Moderator I go under Can target and say!% User but it does not work and it is the same with Junior Admin and all the other plzz help.
