Can't pick up users props

[Desire]

I'm a superadmin, but I can't pick up users props. Any reason to this? same goes for coowner , the coowner can't pick up any ranks props.

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.60
ULX v3.70d (03/20/16)

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: Dark RP

ULX has no control over props - you likely have a conflicting addon or it's possible Fadmin, the DarkRP admin mod enabled by default, could be conflicting.
