My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
Darkrp
ULX was working fine until it went wrong. I was added to superadmin as my group but now when I try to do stuff it gives this error. Ive tried reinstalling ulx but it didn't help

The best help I can give you is this:
There is a player with an invalid team!
The player's name is Hobbes, their team number is "21", which has the name "Owner"
Hints:
- It is the server owner's responsibility to figure out why that player has no valid team.
- This error is very likely to be caused by an earlier error. If you don't see any errors in your own console. Look at the server console.
