DarkRP not being able to do things as superadmin?

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.61
ULX v3.71


Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
DarkRP

The problem:
Basically its like I am a user in commands like /setspawn but I can bring people?

Our knowledge of DarkRP is limited. If ULX shows you as a superadmin, DarkRP should pick it up, but results may vary. You can talk to FPtje (the DarkRP developer) for more help.
