Guns not spawning in on any JailBreak maps (Jailbreak 7)

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib 2.61
ULX 3.71

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: Exel's Jailbreak 7

Basically, none of the jailbreak maps are not loading, they were before and now they're not. I don't know what to do.

Nevermind, I cancelled the server, nobody plays on it and it was too difficult to keep going.

Gamemodes like JailBreak require at least a small community of friends to help get them started. Plus don't give up so quickly it takes some time for your server to get noticed/discovered. Also advertising it a bit does help get people in it.
