Odd Occurrence with Dedicated TTT Server

I had to restart the PC the srcds.exe is on to update it. I went back to open the server after adding some more addons, the addons being chat tags and playermodels to the pointshop. Strangely enough, when I booted up the server, it started two servers, my correct one, and another one just called "Garry's Mod". It had all the playermodels I had added, and even some Traitor SWEPS I downloaded that never ended up in the T Shop. It also had CS:GO weapons as well as the default TTT weapons, and I never added those.
The server named "Garry's Mod" shutdown and I went to the original one. The T Weapons are gone, and now the section in pointshop labeled "playermodels" is gone, even though it still exists in the files.

I need help.
