ULX ranks only saving previous ranks.

HI, I am currently having problems with the ULX ranks, if I add someone via rcon or by my own client whenever that person leaves the server their rank is removed, all the users that have gained their rank in the past keep their ranks, the problem is that any new people I add now keep losing their rank whenever they are disconnected from the server. How can I fix this? Do I need to re-install ULib?

by gained do you mean from like an auto promote system? if so it might be conflict between that and ulx.
