How do you restrict addon PAC3 to admin only?

On my server, I have an addon called PAC3. How do I restrict the addon to admin only?

The addon is accessed through the context menu.

PAC3 has a small, unfortunately rather barren wiki which should contain just enough documentation for you to get by on your own granted you know Lua.
