Though Iviscosity states it pretty clearly - I'll say it differently.
This is not a ULib issue.
ULib includes some hook functions that override Gmod's default. (And they're 100% compatible with normal)
Remove ULX/ULib, you'd still be getting errors, but instead, pointing to the gmod hook handler.
Additionally, telling us "LATEST - my host installed it for me" doesn't mean anything at all helpful.
Your host could have grabbed from our github days/months/years ago.
In the future (you don't need to now, it's not a ULib error, its whatever addon is in the first line, flir.lua), make sure to run "ulx version" as requested.
