Is there a way to make it so that a rank could see a user's ulx psay?

There is no way to 'spy' in on other players' psay messages.

There is no way for ULX itself to see Psay so is there some script out there that you does allow you to the private messages?

I have done something like this in the past, but you'd need to actually edit the ulx.psay function or use the ULibCommandCalled (http://ulyssesmod.net/docs/files/lua/ulib/shared/defines-lua.html#ULibCommandCalled) hook.

I wouldn't recommend using this because players don't like to be spied on, and if they find out it could hurt your server.
