Title: Prop Flagging

Hello!

I was wondering if there was a way to flag someone spawning a specific prop multiple times and it to notify staff.

Ex:
Player1 is spawning wheel # times.

Player1 is then flagged and staff is notified

Admin Notification: Player1 has spawned the same prop more that # times.
Please spectate them to ensure they are not attempting to crash the server.

It's my understanding many prop protection scripts already do this. You could examine their code for ideas.
