Title: Exporting Group Settings

ULib v2.63
ULX v3.73

Just a general question i couldnt find any answers to:

Is it possible to export groups and their settings/permissions so i can import them into another servers configuration?

Are these saved in the sv.db?
If yes, is it possible to manually migrate them from there to another server?

the files you need are located in garrysmod/data/ulib

Simply copy the groups.txt to the same location on the target server.
