Title: GMod10 Dedicated Server

I used to have a dedicated server for gmod, but since i reformatted my computer i cant find the website that told me how to make one. Can someone give me a good website on how to create a GMod10 dedicated server please. I only just finished reformatting my computer about 1hour and a half ago :D
