Title: ulx not working

I recently downloaded ULX from the workshop. I downloaded the other workshop item required for it. I put these both into my addon folder in filezilla. ULX commands arent working in my server, and it seemed not to work.

You don't install workshop items (for a ded server) using filezilla.

If you're attempting to install items manually, main benefits of the workshop are gone - the ability to subscribe to a workshop addon using your steam account, adding it to your collection so your server adds it automatically to your server, and allowing the release author to update the code and your server match that update automatically.
Other benefits - for those workshop items that require extra images/large amounts of content, rather than having to download from your server or fastdl, they can simply subscribe to your collection in their game.
