Title: ULX Ranks on Murder Scoreboard

I own a Murder server, and I think it is about time for ranks to display on the scoreboard. I've searched around for a little while, and I can't find anything that's helping. I read this: http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php?topic=8034.0, (http://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php?topic=8034.0,) yet whenever I try this, the ULX ranks I have noticed only display at certain times to certain people. Depending on when they join the server, they might see the rank, they might not. Any idea of what could be causing this or how to fix it?
