Title: Group Fix
Post by: ealboy on June 10, 2018, 11:06:10 AM
OK, so I made a group in multiplayer and accidentally added myself, but when I attempted to revert myself to super admin in single player it didn't even give me the group tab in the ULX menu. I have been all over YouTube searching for a fix and I found nothing. I found myself looking towards forums for help and this is my first subject that I made talking about this, and I hope I don't have to make several more. I am a bit desperate for answers because I have my own server that has been down for 3 days and people keep asking to put it back up. None of my friends can change my ranking because non of them are super admins. I really need help. How do I fix this problem in single player? Or am I just screwed and I have to uninstall it and get a new admin mod?  :(

Start a new game, open your developer console, and issue the following command:
Code: [Select]
ulx adduser ^ superadmin

Also do you know why Groups and Fun and all that stuff in ULX menu don't show up? Because even after i did the super admin thing it didn't show up on my ULX menu.

Please run "ulx debuginfo" while you’re on your server and post the results here.

It just says Debug information written to garrysmod/data/ulx/debugdump.txt on server.
I am not the best when it comes to Lua.

This has absolutely nothing to do with lua.
You need to use your server web control panel or FTP app to grab debugdump.txt from your server's garrysmod/data/ulx folder, and then use the "attachments and other options" forum menu to attach the file to your next post.

go in the web console and type (ulx groupallow superadmin "ulx groupallow")
After you do that you can add each different permission back individually :D
