Title: Add user to group on steamid

This might already be a thing but I want to be able to do
ulx adduser "STEAM:0:1:39-1804715678563(@#&$^TGH" Moderator
instead of making them join.

o ulx adduserid <SteamID, IP, or UniqueID> <group> - Add a user by ID to specified group.
