Title: My ulx ranks is nok working

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.63d
ULX v3.73d


Every time I join my server, I'm superadmin, I set my rank to Owner. But Every time I join I'm superadmin.

Run "ulx debuginfo" while you're connected.
