Hello, so I am wondering, how can I set certain groups to spawn weapons, entities etc? Like Say only Owner and superadmin can spawn weapons/entities. How can I do that?

You'd have to find some other prop and or weapons control addon that uses groups you specify in ULX.
Ulib and ULX have no control over props or weapons.
