Freeze Props Plugin

Description

I made this quick little plugin a couple of years ago to help deal with spam and accidental unfreezing but some of my players have also found it useful in building.

The plugin allows you to use commands to freeze and unfreeze all of your props and for admins to freeze and unfreeze other players props.

Commands

!freezeprops - ulx freezeprops
!unfreezeprops -  ulx unfreezeprops

"!freezeprops" alone freezes the player's own props.

I'm assuming it still works because prop system hasn't changed ever. Chances are, it just finds out props for all players and freezes it.
