a question about groups I have a badmin group it comes from Vip it cannot take players that is cl_pickupplayers 1 is not available how can I give him the opportunity cl_pickupplayers (not even how to give cl_pickupplayers a profession)

Ulx has nothing to do with professions. If you want someone to be able to change server console commands, they have to have or inherit from superadmin.
