Title: Permissions and Groups

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.63d
ULX v3.73d

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:DarkRP

Lua errors shown in console, if any: N/A

So, when I was trying to make editing groups not available from the moderator rank, I am now no longer able to edit groups myself (I am the owner rank (the highest)). Is there a command that I could use to give back the permission to be able to edit groups to my rank? I have looked everywhere in the ULX file and found nothing relating to permissions. Please help!

Owner is not highest in gmod.
superadmin is highest in Gmod.
