Title: Hello Bind for physguning players?

So I am staff on a Dark-RP server and my on / off duty binds are good but recently i found out i can disable picking up payers and I'm looking to see if there is a way to put something in console to turn it on / off thanks :D

ULib v2.61d (10/26/16)
ULX v3.71

Also if possible a way to force myself to not noclip off duty as the owner is very harsh on these things
