Title: Just wanted to point out new hooks documentation section

Has it ever annoyed you that hooks in ULib weren't really well documented? Well, me too. But now they are documented (http://ulyssesmod.net/docs/index/Hooks.html)! We added a couple new hooks today at aVoN's request as well, so be sure to check it out.
