Before I start, I never used this forum before, I would like to post it in the bug session but idk how to reproduce this and I don't know if its a glitch or not. Sorry if I broked a rule
When I go in ulx menu/groups and I press the add button, I can see all the people who are admin and users, but the only problem is I see a guy named superadmin and the group is users (Not User). The Group Users doesn't even exist
I can see too someone named Admin / Users
List of the weird stuff:
Superadmin / Users (note that this is not the group User but Users)
Admin /Users (note that this is not the group User but Users)
Is it me or someone hacked my server or its just how ulx is made?

It's not how ULX is made.
You can't 'add' someone to the "users" group in ULX - it's already the base group - removing them from any other group will automatically place them in users
Many possible reasons, but sounds like someone with adduser and addgroup access has been incorrectly creating groups/users and or corrupted a Gmod users.txt file.
-
So its not someone who set themself superadmin? Its just a glitch/corruption?
-
Names don't matter, I could be SUPERADMIN in group users and not have raised access.
I could be ADMIN in group users and not have access.
If you have both a "user" and a "users" group - someone added user.
It does seem to sound like someone with adduser access is trying to fake your system though.
Whether that be by using 'groups' as their name, in hopes they will get elevated access (ULX still won't), or by fooling fellow server visitors.

Is there a way to fix this? I cant remove this its says
Usage: ulx adduserid <SteamID, IP, or UniqueID> <group> - Add a user by ID to specified group.
-
It seems you're trying to fix something (that may not really be an issue?) by removing a command that as a "superadmin" group you need?
How would you administer your server?
From what I understand, you have a user named "admin" and a user named "superadmin" in some possibly fake groups that have no elevated access?
Simply use "ulx removeuser"
ulx removeuser admin
ulx removeuser superadmin
That won't touch your actual "groups" named those, it only removes players from groups.
o ulx removeuser <player> - Permanently removes a user's access.
