hello I am French I am using translate, here I have a concern when I restarts the server (2 times), all are permanent ban clears the file bans.txt it as I said at the 2nd reboot

ulx = 3.71d

When did this start?

Are you getting errors in server console at server start up?

What gamemode are you running (Sandbox, DarkRP, JailBreak, ...)?
