Title: ULX and Ulib not working

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v..2.61
ULX v..2.61

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on: DarkRP

Lua errors shown in console, if any:

Does anyone know how to fix this? I don't understand why this error is happening, I cannot do anything/cant access !menu or anything like that thanks.

Are you getting any earlier errors, or any server errors?
