Title: ULX group targeting

Hiya,

Sorry to bother you again but im having a bit of a difficulty in getting my created ULX groups to be able to target the right ranks. I want them to not be able to target higher groups, but be able to target lower groups; however it doesn't seem to be working right.

Take a look at the following FAQ post (https://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,5346.0.html) for a bit of an introduction to can_target if you haven't already.

These instructions won't work if you have a branching inheritance tree, however—that is to say, two or more groups inheriting from one base group. For this kind of setup, you would need to manually specify all the groups your group can target, like so: admin can_target: #user, #operator, #vip, #vipplus
