How can i do to admins see !p players ?

You'd need to edit the code itself. I did this at one point a while ago but I don't remember exactly what I did. You'd just need to change the fancyLog statement in chat.lua to send to players who are in specific groups you define.

This is not supported in ULX as a default, and like iViscosity mentioned, you would need to edit our code to allow for this yourself.

Editing our code is something that we do not recommend however unless you are experienced as doing so could break the functionality of ULX.
