Title: The ulx configs

Now that we're in addon format, it doesn't really make sense to have the configs burried so deeply. Where would you like us to move the configs to in the next version?

Myself, I think I'd be partial to just sticking it in the root under ulx_configs or such. :D

Maybe people will find them easier.

I don't like placing things in root. Gets messy if every author did that.

ULX is a ULib module.
I say data/ULib. Right along with users.txt and groups.txt?
Perhaps data/ULib/ULX in ulx_config.txt
Wait, doh.. /cfg/ulx_config.ini or .txt .. yes, I like that even better!

Jam, that's the point he's trying to make. Because we are now in addon format we essentailly have our own root. There will be no clutter because it's our own folder.

Put them in the cfg folder (/addons/ulx/cfg), where the ulx_aliases.cfg is. I find myself trying to go to that directory a lot. :P
