Title: How to make certain players spawn with certain weapons?

Hey

I was wondering if there was a way to make certain players spawn with certain weapons/items?

I was going to add csgo knives on my server and I only want people that buy them to have them.

Has a load out feature. It's to a post so my bad but hard to do this stuff on my phone.  :P
