Title: Super admin resets

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.61
ULX v3.71

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
All

Lua errors shown in console, if any:
None

I want to know where the server admin file gets saved to because when my server restarts im not longer superadmin and have to give it to myself again

Is this a Windows or a Linux server? Listen or dedicated?

The file gets saved to <gmod root>/data/ulib/users.txt
