ok so I'm setting up a server but cant portforward it (personal reasons) and can't atm rent a server. I have a friend who is helping out and he's across the ocean. Was wondering if it was possible to set up ranks from peer to peer or singleplayer and export them or extract them into files that i can add to my server

I don't understand.
Are you asking if it's possible to host a server without port forwarding (and allow external players)?
Or is your friend going to host the server after you set it up?

The question was how to take data from singleplayer to a server

i figured it out.
go to ulib then data
take the groups.txt file and replace the same file in the multiplayer folder
