Title: Groups can not be deleted

My ULib/ULX versions (run "ulx version" in console):
ULib v2.63
ULX v3.73

Game mode(s) I am having this problem on:
DarkRP

Description:
Ulx groups can not be deleted. By deleting, they are gone, however they appear again after server restart. And after much time now we have so many useless ulx groups like u can see in pic attached.

Disable Fadmin - it holds groups too.
If you can't delete them and they stay through restart after that, I'd factory reset ULX (https://forums.ulyssesmod.net/index.php/topic,5765.0.html) and make sure your /settings/user.txt doesn't have any non-standard groups (standard = admin, superadmin)
If they come back after that, there's nothing we can do, as ULX isn't the problem - something else you are running is.
