One day on my server, everyones like a admin they can lift people and touch anyone's props with the prop protection, I'm guessing they can access the menu as well. I believe its a mod interfering with ulx. I really need a fix now before a MingeBag comes  :-X.

If you believe it's a conflict, try removing all other mods but ULX/ULib and adding them back in one by one to find out which one it is.

It was fixed by reinstall, but people can still move each other around  ???

you need to go to the garrys mod menu, utilites, prop protection, and over there you can set so "admins can do anything ' checkbox, this is making other admins lift people up

This admin ablity to move other players around is from ULX not prop protection. It's supposed to be there. If they are abusing the powers, you will have to disable access to the slap command. To do this per user, type ulx userdeny "ulx slap" in console. You can not use this command from the game console for superadmins, you must do it from the server console.

To disable it for all admins, goto /garrysmod/data/ulib/groups.txt

FYI - in next version of ulx (Not yet out as of this moment), we've created a totally new access "ulx physgun" for it.
