Hello,

I have 2 questions:

1. How do I get text into the MOTD for my server?

2. How do I get the MOTD to pop up when someone joins my server?

1) Place text or html into motd.txt (see answer 2)

2) Place motd.txt into your <gmod> folder. By default, "ulx showMotd" is 1/on out of the box.

Check your <gmod>/addons/ulx/lua/ulx/configs/server.ini to verify
(That path will soon change in upcoming release)
