Title: Spawning Help

Yes my questions is on a server I noticed a admin was able to have all the normal players spawn limits at 0 but yeh he was able to spawn props. What I mean is he had the server limit of props on 0 for standard players and the admin was differn't he said he used Gmod but I cant findout how any help would be nice  :)

if ur admin u can do anything with ulx lol he just made newbs not able to spawn anything and he could thats all

And my question is how do you do that.... for me to spawn I have to set the server limit of props up and stuff like that.....

Oh and also I want to know how I can remove admins with as much access as me because I made the server and have full access but so do my friends and I cant remove it because they are immune.... kinda crappy problem lol

Yeh just remembered that but uhm that answers that question but do you know how to uhm change the props limit for clients and than admins... like where clients can spawn up to 5 props but admins 10??
