Srry but i got one more question, is there a auto kicker for people who lag to much and start to lag up the whole server in ULX? if not then what addon could?

Yeah, the only reason you would need an auto-kick is if you're server is so popular that it is constantly full. It's good for many action games like NS, but I'd myself would probably often go AFK in garrysmod, as it isn't exactly the most exciting of games, so its rather useless.
