Hmmf. Did you obtain permission from the author of that song, which is clearly recognizable as being used in Battlefield 2, to use it as a derivative work of your own, having nothing to do with the game it was written for?
I bet not.

Bah, give me 1 or 2 points. I don't remember what company or what city.
 It was a mass marketing campaign that caused some city to go ape over what it meant. The marketers put up those little pictures all over the place.
Though the marketers were dumb for not at least letting some key officials know (or, get permits for it, whatever), I think the overall panic many had due to it was absolutely stupid. The company that did it was fined majorly.

I'll let someone else go for the google exacts...but...that's cheating.

/me sees the RIAA closing down the entire internet, including Google, LimeWire, Kazaa, all torrent clients, the entirety of YTMND, YouTube, Daily Motion, and any other source of piratism.
