Title: how to login admin

ok so i've added my steam id it reads all the changes ive put in (all correct i've trpile checked) but im wondering i set login to 0, do i hve to login from the server itself, if so how?

yeah sorry i was tired.....
on the file users.txt in ulib iset up my steam id following the format to a T and i put login to 0 does that mean i have to login from my server?

There is no "login" entry in any of our config files.
